Na nagtatadhana ng pamalakad sa paglalagay at pagpapakilos ng mga kalderang pinaiinit ng singaw, mga makinang sa loob ang pansilab, at makinarya at nagtatadhana ng buwis sa pagsusuri upang mapagkalooban ng katibayan sa pagpapatunay at ng pagbili sakaling magkulang sa pagbabayad ng buwis, at sa iba pang layon.
