The whole athletic complex will be ready for use one week before the start of the meet, March 16-22, 1969. All of these are made possible with a total outlay of Pl,200,000 frem National (P900T) and provincial (P300T) funds. It is considered to be the Major accomplishment of the Cledera Administration during its first year in Office.
