The SPORTS REVIEW Aprll 18, 1931 Jesus Suarez vanquished the crack Old Timers. In that one game alone ,Suarez playing the guard position scored as much as the men on the fonvard line and this fact is what caught the eye of coaches and sports critics. Together with Celestino· Martinez, they pair greatly and their defense has no peer in the Islands today. When the Olympic try-outs was sounded last year Sua-rez was among the first candidates lo appear and in the final seleclion he was one of the ten lo be given an Olympic uniform.
